Buffalo Wild Wings Alpharetta goes purple and gold; Rio Grande Cantina Remains Central Atlanta Location

Due to the tremendous success of LSU football and requests from LSUAA members who live outside the Perimeter, Buffalo Wild Wings in Alpharetta has been added as the Northside viewin location for Tiger alumni and fans starting with the 2008 season.

Buffalo Wild Wings Alpharetta is located at 2375 Mansell Road, 1 1/5 blocks east of Ga. 400 and across from AMC Theaters, phone 678.352.4599. The restaurant, which is upgrading to HD monitors this summer, will provide a designated area with the game on the biggest screen with additional monitors showing the game around the room. Overhead audio will be provided and fans will enjoy LSU fight songs and other announcements on commercial breaks to increase the “gameday atmosphere.”

Rio Grande Cantina, at 3227 Roswell Rd in Buckhead, continues to be the main location for Atlanta LSU football view ins. “We have always felt there was enough LSU alumni support for multiple viewin sites,” says Atlanta Chapter President Steve Ory. “Many members who live outside the Perimeter have not been able or willing to drive into town. Member feedback suggested that the northside was the logical direction to test expansion, and we are excited to be able to serve those people who have not come to Buckhead to enjoy the LSU fan camaraderie.”

Like Rio Grande and Catering Cajun of Georgia, Buffalo Wild Wings has become a sponsor of the Atlanta chapter. They will additionally donate a portion of food and beverage sales from the LSU viewins to benefit our scholarship endowment program. Chapter representatives will also be in attendance to greet Tiger fans and conduct the 50/50 raffle for the scholarship fund, and to answer any questions members and supporters have about LSU Atlanta.
